By booking a massage appointment with Serene, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointment booking and cancellation
- Appointments must be booked in advance by calling +32 469 444 745 or visiting our website at serenemassge.be
- We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened massage or forfeiture of the appointment fee.
- No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled massage.
Payment
- A surplus 10€ chargeable for deep pressure massages.
- We accept payment by cash, credit card, or debit card.
- Payment is due in full at the time of service.
- Gift certificates purchased are valid for the period of 6 months from date of purchase, and treatment redemption against vouchers must be made by advance booking with the salon.
Health and Safety
- It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries to your massage therapist prior to your appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who poses a risk to themselves or others.
- We are committed to providing a safe and hygienic environment for all clients.
Respectful Conduct
- We expect all clients to treat our massage therapists and staff with respect.
- Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the massage and/or future appointments.
Liability
- We assume no liability for any loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
- We assume no liability for any injuries or health problems that may arise from massage therapy.
Additional information
- Our massage room is based in a tower and accessible via elevator plus 2 sets of stairs, therefore please ensure you are in a physical condition to safely walk up stairs
- We only use high-quality massage oils and lotions.
- All massage therapists are trained
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
- The most recent version of the terms and conditions will be available on our website.

CANCELATION & Refund Policy
We understand that things may come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible, but we do have some policies in place to ensure fair treatment for all.
Cancellation policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be fully chargeable.
- No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled massage.
Refund policy
- Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or for no-shows.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the massage service.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions
In some cases, we may make exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy. For example, if you are experiencing a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee or issue a refund. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
